By registering for MISTEE OFF Vol. 2, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility and Registration Categories

1. Participants must register under the category that accurately reflects their current status at the time of registration.
2. The Student Category is exclusively available to active Senior High School students (or equivalent), Diploma (D3/D4) students, and Undergraduate (S1) students.
3. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to request valid proof of student status at any stage of the registration process.
4. Participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements for the Student Category must register under the Public Category.
5. Any participant found to have registered under an incorrect category shall be required to pay the applicable registration fee difference as determined by the Organizing Committee.
6. Should the participant decline or fail to settle the fee difference within 1 x 24 hours of receiving written notice, the registration shall be automatically cancelled, the participant's slot shall be forfeited, and all fees previously paid shall be non-refundable.

2. Registration, Confirmation, and Payment Policy

1. Registration shall only be deemed complete upon submission of the registration form and successful payment of the applicable registration fee.
2. Participation is confirmed only after payment has been verified by the Organizing Committee.
3. The Committee reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration containing materially false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading information.
4. All registration fees must be paid in full through the designated payment methods.
5. Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment information and the submission of valid proof of payment where required.

3. Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund Policy

1. Except as expressly outlined under Section I (Force Majeure) of these Terms, all registration fees are strictly non-refundable for voluntary cancellations or non-attendance.
2. Participants who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to another individual, subject to prior written approval from the Organizing Committee.
3. Transfer Category Rules:
   • Public to Public / Student to Student: Permitted subject to eligibility verification.
   • Public to Student: Permitted; however, no refund or credit shall be issued for the price difference between categories.
   • Student to Public: Permitted, strictly subject to the substitute participant paying the registration fee difference to match the prevailing Public Category rate prior to the transfer deadline of 2x24 hours after request.
4. The substitute participant must satisfy all age and institutional eligibility requirements applicable to their finalized registration category.
5. Handicap & Data Requirement: To ensure proper flight pairing and course pace of play, all substitution requests must include the substitute participant's official verified Golf Handicap (or accurate average score estimate).
6. Requests for participant substitution must be submitted in writing no later than 8 (eight) calendar days prior to the Event Date.
7. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject any transfer request that fails to meet eligibility criteria, omits handicap data, lacks verified payment of category upgrade differences, or is submitted past the designated deadline.

4. Tournament Participation

1. Participants are expected to arrive punctually and complete all registration procedures within the designated check-in period.
2. Participants shall comply with all tournament regulations, local rules, and policies established by the golf course, Tournament Committee, and Organizing Committee.
3. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend the tournament format, schedule, or event arrangements whenever necessary for operational purposes.

5. Code of Conduct

1. Participants are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, sportsmanship, and respect throughout the event.
2. Participants shall conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the tournament, fellow participants, sponsors, partners, and venue representatives.
3. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to disqualify or remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or detrimental to the reputation of the event.
4. Any such removal or disqualification shall not entitle the participant to any refund or compensation.

6. Photography, Media, and Publicity

1. By participating in MISTEE OFF Vol. 2, participants grant the Organizing Committee, sponsors, and official event partners the right to photograph, film, record, and otherwise document their participation during the event.
2. Such materials may be used for promotional, marketing, reporting, publication, archival, and publicity purposes in any media format without further consent or compensation.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

1. Personal information collected during registration will be used for event administration, communication, participant management, and related operational purposes, including event logistics, scoring, and flight pairing.
2. The Organizing Committee will take reasonable measures to protect participant data and maintain its confidentiality.
3. Participants acknowledge that limited participant information may be shared with official sponsors and event partners solely for purposes directly related to event operations, participant benefits, sponsor activations, and post-event communications associated with the tournament in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

8. Assumption of Risk and Liability

1. Participation in the tournament is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.
2. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and capable of participating in golf-related activities.
3. The Organizing Committee, sponsors, event partners, and venue management shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, damage, or expense incurred before, during, or after the event, except where required by applicable law.
4. Participants are personally and financially liable for any damage caused to golf course property, rented golf carts, or third-party assets resulting from their reckless, negligent, or intentional actions. The Organizing Committee bears zero liability for venue fines levied against individual players registered in the tournament.

9. Force Majeure

1. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, shorten, or cancel the tournament due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, lightning strikes, natural disasters, venue closures, or government mandates.
2. In the event of a tournament postponement or rescheduling to a newly designated date, all verified registrations shall automatically be transferred to the new tournament date.
3. Due to non-recoverable upfront venue deposits, flight bookings, and customized participant entitlements, any partial refund issued under Force Majeure shall be calculated by deducting a fixed Operational Sunk-Cost Fee of Rp2,000,000 (Two Million Rupiah) per participant. If a participant's paid registration fee is equal to or lower than this Sunk-Cost Fee, no cash refund shall be issued. In all scenarios, participants remain entitled to collect their official Event Race Pack in full.
4. Should the tournament be cancelled entirely without a rescheduled date, participants may be entitled to a cash refund strictly calculated pursuant to Clause 3 of this Section, but will remain entitled to collect their official participant Race Pack (including tournament apparel, novelty items, and sponsor entitlements).

10. Final Authority

1. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to interpret, amend, supplement, or enforce these Terms & Conditions as necessary.
2. All decisions made by the Organizing Committee and Tournament Committee shall be final and binding upon all participants.
3. By completing the registration process, participants acknowledge their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
